Kohikode: Monsoon fury doesn't affect this historic coast of Malabar. Kappad is still a wonder sight in Monsoon compared to other coasts of Malabar. Now the coast is facing severe soil erosion and coconut trees in the coast are falling. A strong sea belt is a must to save this coast, according to local people and nature lovers.
