Writing final year exam, Syllabus of BA 1st year.

Asha J: Writing final year exam:
Can you please tell whether a third year student can write first year’s main paper? Actually my friend got only 33 marks for main paper and due to some reason wasn’t able to do improvement. Can u please tell whether she can write it in final yr. what’s the pass mark for first yr main paper?

I am in Cochin. Can you tell me the Syllabus of BA 1st year and where can I find the text books?

Syamnath . S : I am former Bcom student in kerala university 2005 - 2006.
I have passed 1st year. Second year, I failed two papers and the final year five. Then I came to Palakkad dt, in palakkad, there are no kerala university centres. Please tell me a way to complete the course in kerala or any other university.

I would like to know the following information. I was an MA economics student in an affiliated colleges of calicut university during 1997-1999. I appeared for 1st year and second year MA examination together in 1999. I cleared all the subjects of second year, but I failed in one subject of first year. I understand that I will have to write all the subjects of first year and passout in order to complete the course. Unfortunately it has been a long time and syllabus has been changed. If I wish to write the exam in next year, how do I proceed? Do I need to give both first year and second year MA exam in the new syllabus OR just first year MA exam in the new syllabus? Please let me know. It will be really grateful.
