I already studied 3 years b com course. But I didn't write the exam except 1st year. I want to continue my study. Now Iam in Abudhabi. What I can do?

I am a Bcom student of calicut university. I am nearly to complete 1sy yr now. I am doing as distance education in Abudhabi. Can I continue second year as online course or shift to other university for second year? It will be more useful for me if you provide me information about online courses. How is it conducted?.Will it be it more difficult than distance education? Will i be able to continue second year as distance education without any tuition or assistance? Plz provide the reply as early as possible.

I am unable to complete the BCom degree which I was registered in 2002. Can I write the said exam in the same syllabus now? If so when can I write? I also didn't appear for the languages. I have completed my bcom degree in year 1999. After that i have joined Mcom in the calicut university itself, but i have given only first year examination. So i did take back any certificate from university. Now i have joined for Bed in MD university, Rotak. I want to submit migration certificate there. But in the migration form it is written that a copy of TC should be attached with the form. But my problem is that I don't have TC with me. So will i get the migration certificate? please help.

BA course, Bcom Second year application

I have completed BA Economics course ( Calicut university syllabus)in 1997. Due to some unavoidable reasons I couldn't attend for the final year exams. I had cleared all the 1st and 2nd year exams. Now I would like to attend for the final year exams. Is there any change in the Syllabus? Do I need to give both first year and second year BA exam in the new syllabus OR just final year BA exam? What is the maximum number of years allowed to complete BA Economics course? Please let me know. It will be really thankful

Do I need to give both first year and second year MA exam?

Hi, I would like to know the following information. I was an MA economics student in an affiliated college of calicut university during 1997-1999.

I appeared for 1st year and second year MA examination together in 1999. I cleared all the subjects of second year, but I failed in one subject of first year. I understand that i will have to write all the subjects of first year and passout in order to complete the course. Unfortunately it has been a long time and syllabus has been changed. If I wish to write the exam in next year, how do I proceed? Do I need to give both first year and second year MA exam in the new syllabus or just first year MA exam in the new syllabus? Please let me know.

Thanks for BINSAR. Very useful informative site. I am pursuing BCom three year degree course through Distance Education,  and recently I come to know the examination for Ist year B.com starting from 24th April, 2009. Sir, please inform whether the first year examination for the distance education students  also will be starting on the same date along with regular students or is there any separate date for Distance education students, if i get the information it will be  helpful to  reach India to attend the examination. Writing final year exam, Syllabus of BA 1st year.

Can you please tell whether a third year student can write first year’s main paper? Actually my friend got only 33 marks for main paper and due to some reason wasn’t able to do improvement. Can u please tell whether she can write it in final yr. what’s the pass mark for first yr main paper?

I would like to know whether this job fair is being conducted only for those candidate who have completed their course under Calicut University and if I am eligible to attend the job fair I would like to know about the list of companies that will be participating in the fair.

BCom three year degree course for a handicap student:

RAMANATHAN IYER : BCom  3 year degree course for a handicap student:
My son has passed theBA / BCom Open stream entrance examination conducted by the Calicut university and already sent the application form along with the relevant fees to continue the BCom degree course. In turn his centre has been selected as Trichur. Accordingly his contact class centre also at Trichur.

In this regard, I would like to know, my son having some handicap problem, so can we have the private tuition at home and make him ready for Examination from time to time, or is it essential to attend the contact class regularly? Since we are staying very far from Trichur, (approximately 5 hours journey  from our place).Can you please give the valuable advise at such  situations? Otherwise we have to look for an accomodation facility at Trichur and board him there because it will be very difficult for my son to travel due to his  problem. However, all the course book and other details are awaited from the university. Looking forward to receive your kind guidelines.

Smiji .S : How to change the address given in the original degree certificate application form
I am Smiji. I applied for my Degree Original Certificate in the year 2007 November. I passed out my Degree in BCom from Sree Narayana College, Alathur, Palakkad, under Calicut University. I gave my home address at Palakkad in that application form, but now I got married and am settled in bangalore. The problem is that there is no one in my home at Palakkad and it is sold. So now I want my original certificate sent to Bangalore address.

Could you please tell me the formalities for changing the address from palakkad to bangalore and the amount of fees to be remitted and when  and how. I would like to also know when will I get my original certificate.
